Technician was professional ,respectful ,efficient and explained in detail about job they performed.

Everything went perfect..They were very knowledgeable and very polite.

Technicianteam was able to come over on 1/2 hour notice to tighten kitchen faucet. They were able to replace missing screw on tightening mechanism. Tightening was completed in short order for a reasonable price.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I live in a two story, stand alone apartment. (It's not connected to a huge building) My neighbor and I's plumbing are connected. The plumbing started acting up and it resulted in the sewage and water to back up severely, to the point my neighbors sink, toilet & bathtub were backing up and over filling, flooding their apartment and mine being backed up too. We couldn't use the water so we had no running water, and we both have very young children and animals. We couldn't find any business to come help with our emergency, except for Mr Dan with Mr Rooters. THANK YOU! Mr Dan came an hour and a half out of his way, on his personal time at night to come help us. (We live near Downtown NN) Thank you so much for helping us get running water again!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Tried reviewing this business on Google twice and its not working properly to post it.)

Very dependable and although expensive, you get what you pay for! Quality work, kept in touch and when the tech didn’t have the correct part on his truck, he ran to the shop and picked up and returned. It was well past the end of a long day for him but he saw this leak through and put our minds at ease! Highly recommend their services.

Mr. Rooter's technicians are fast and professional. Brent and another gentleman came quickly and took care of everything fast. They were very informative and helpful and helped us understand why our water heater was so susceptible to the hard water we have. I won't hesitate to call Mr. Rooter for future plumbing needs. They do great work.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with our Mr. Rooter field technician Travis. After being out of the country for three years and returning Saturday our 74 gallon, 9 year old water heater was leaking slowly from the purge valve. I researched our water heater which was huge for our 1400 sq ft townhome and it only had a 6 year warranty. We called and within 20 minutes Travis showed up to diagnose the issue and would have gladly replaced only the valve without issue but he let us know that they couldn't warranty the work because our heater was way beyond its warranty period. So we had him replace the whole water heater with a smaller 50 gallon. He and his partner were done in probably less than an hour. No fuss, everything was smooth and everything fit. Our water seems to even flow better now. We're definitely going to call Travis and Mr. Rooter for our sink and water filtration system. Thank you Travis and Mr. Rooter! Top notch work!

I was very pleased with Bryce Hertzler technician with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. He was able to diagnose my hot water heater immediately and replaced same day!! He was professional, polite and explained each step in detail. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Great communication with expected results.

Arrived on time, completed work and left the job site cleaner than they found it.
