Quick and professional!!

Mr Rooter was a great company to work with every step of the way! We had an emergency plumbing issue and Mr Rooter was the first company we called, unfortunately they didn’t have any technicians available that evening and would call us with the first availability. We called another company that was able to come out right away. While that company was here, we got a call from Mr Rooter saying they had an a technician that could come out in the morning.. unfortunately we said we didn’t need it since we had a plumber in the house working on the problem! The woman calling from Mr Rooter was very kind and happy we found someone. After four hours, the plumber that was here told us he couldn’t fix the problem, only charged for two hours and then recommended we call Mr Rooter or another big company. 😳 In the morning I called Mr Rooter again and they said they would call us as soon as a technician was available. I figured we would have to wait all day! The office called within a couple of hours and said there was a technician 10 mins away and was on his way! He showed up, did his thing and was very courteous and friendly. He knew what he was doing and was very efficient! The next time we need a plumber we will definitely call Mr Rooter again! They were worth the wait!

Both of these plumber's that came by to unclogg our kitchen sink were top notch. They were efficient, and made sure that under the sink had no more leaks and put in new gaskets and new piping to make sure under the sink was secure. They also checked out our other drains(both of our bathroom, hotwater heater) there was a drainage problem with one of the showers. They were very willing to help us with clearing that drain, as well. They gave us estimates for future needs, to have completed. We will have Mr. Rooter back, for our future needs. Thank you so much for all you do, Both of them were amazing!!

🙂We had a sewer back flow to our basement toilet and shower and water heater drains on New Years Day. Mr. Rooter's Chris came within a couple of hours to root out the drain line. Great job.

Colby Leonard was fast, efficient, informative, and accommodating. We have a special person in the house, and he was very understanding and not afraid or uncomfortable with him. Which, has been a problem in the past with other companies and services.

They came as scheduled....they assesses the job that needs to be done and tell you how much it will be the price of the job. If you agree with it then they proceed to do it . Their personnel are very nice n professional. They are very approachable if you have question.... my problem was a clogged pipe which is more than 30 feet deep into the pipe. They did the job in 30 minutes and they give you some advice to definitely call them again for any services...

Another excellent experience with Mr Rooter. Our hot water heater started leaking on a Friday evening just before Christmas. Mr Rooter was able to get someone to help us on Saturday for no extra charge. Scottie, our technician, was professional, friendly and skilled. He thoroughly explained our alternatives and replaced our water heater. He worked quickly and efficiently and left his work area (and the area affected by the leaked water) spotless. We’ll be repeat customers.
