Zane Albrecht was so knowledgeable and friendly! He fixed our issue quickly and was very informative and professional.

Ryan Dean came to change out our old shut off valves under our kitchen sink, and while he was here, we asked him to check on our powder room toilet that has just started leaking and has ruined our LVP flooring. Not only did Ryan figure out the problem with the toilet, he put us in touch with a restoration company who can assess the damage. Ryan is knowledgeable, friendly and I 1000% trust his advice and his work. Highly recommend using Mr. Rooter and Ryan in particular.

Sam Bailie was an exceptional plumbing technician! On New Year’s Eve, we faced a plumbing emergency — we had a blockage somewhere in our plumbing system that was flooding one of our restrooms. While I expected it would be impossible to find anyone willing to help on such a busy holiday, Sam came to our rescue within an hours of my call, and hours before the new year. Not only did he respond quickly, but his professionalism, skill, and calm demeanor turned what could have been a disastrous situation into a manageable one. Sam efficiently dismantled our commode, cleared the obstruction in the interconnected plumbing and reinstalled the commode, even repairing installation issues left by the original installers, 7 years prior. Despite the late hour and holiday rush, his rates were reasonable, and he never made us feel like an inconvenience. Sam’s dedication to his work and his customers is truly exceptional. Zane A. came out today. A relatively easy job turned out to be more complex than anticipated but he was still quite fast in repairing it. He took the time to explain the issues to us. Great service! Will be using Mr. Rotor again in the future.

Brian and Dylan were awesome! We have dealt with the runaround with so-called plumbers and our home warranty company for 2 days waiting for our plumbing to be fixed. These 2 men came out, addressed the problem, took the time to deal with my ridiculous Home Warranty company (do not use Choice Home Warranty, by the way), and STILL were done in under an hour. They gave me 3 price options, one with a warranty, and completed the job expeditiously and professionally. From now on, I will only be using Mr. Rooter. These 2 young men were fine representatives of your company and deserve very high praise.
