They were able to schedule quickly, fixed problem with little problem, But.... Most important to me, I had question about another problem. I was willing to make another appointment, but he listened, looked at problem area and solved problem that another plumber missed! I was happy and a dedicated customer!

A septic issue popped up Friday night and we called Saturday morning when they opened. 8:30 or so, Nate came out to see what was going on and we determined a leech field blockage issue. Scheduled a septic clean and what we thought would be a routine root clearing with the leech field, but when they came out on Monday, it turned out to be a much bigger task. Nate and his team worked all day to figure it out and repair it to working condition. Very straight forward, honored the estimate even though it became a bigger job, explained the situation very well and made sure we saw the whole process. Definitely recommend! Will be using this company in the future.

They have always done us right! Especially since I can't get any Bowling Green plumbers to do the work for the multiple projects I've had (let alone callbacks). Mr. Rooter is always friendly, always affordable, and always fast response times. Their appt windows are 2 hrs, and sometimes you might be on the end of that time block, but as long as they get here, do it right, and don't "rob" me blind, they'll always get my business.
