A little pricey ($500) for a water jet cleanout but customer service was top notch. Emailed me a video of the problem spots and where the roots were getting in. Would use again.

I was glad to have service scheduled the day after I called. It was prompt and competent. I had a new sink installed, a dishwasher reinstalled, and an exterior spigot reseated in the wall.

The service provided was done professionally and timely. I was notified ahead of time that the plumber was en route to my house. He gave me options, then explained the possible results with each. At one point, he called me in to show me the "flushed" object. He retrieved it, completed the work very neatly. Thank you for turning an almost disaster into a great remaining of the day!

I had a leak coming out of one of my toilets, and my garbage disposal was inoperable. Upon calling the office, Holly was very helpful in getting me scheduled quickly. My tech, Karson was polite and professional. He made an assessment on each item, and gave me multiple courses of action with both the toilet and disposal with up front pricing. Ultimately I decided to replace the toilet and the disposal all together just for the peace of mind. Spending money on plumbing isn’t my favorite use of funds, but Mr. Rooter team made it painless and hassle free.

Working with Mr Rooter was an absolute miracle. Our plumbing issue was bad enough to close our restaurant. As soon as they realized how serious our issue was they did everything in their power to get us back open asap and they did. We had a very difficult job of a burst pipe underneath the sidewalk right outside the building. In less than 48 hours from when I first picked up the phone to call them the repair was finished. And they were very good about communicating what was going on throughout the entire process. Great team doing great things. I can not be more satisfied with how things turned out once I decided to call Mr Rooter.
