I'm giving a 5 star rating to Mr Rooter because of the culture they have as a company. They stand buy their services, their product knowledge and most importatnly their people. I will be referring a new customer of ours to them as well.

The technition was quick to resolve our drain issue. He was very courteous.

My original clog had been taken care of but still had Andrew come and check a bathtub clog situation. He was very kind and patient with me and explained how these things work, and then took care of it.

I got back from a vacation when I found out that my water heater had been leaking for two days. I called Los late in the evening and he not only helped me solve the issue short term, he was prompt the next morning and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He was very helpful, kind, and professional and had earned my business and recommendation from here forward. I have had a later experience with Jorge who was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional! Thanks!!

I am grateful for Robert's exceptional service and expertise. Our water heater broke on a Friday evening. Sarah answered on the first call and was incredibly helpful. Robert arrived at our home within the hour. He quickly was able to assess our situation and provide us options providing pros and cons of each. He then came back the next morning, on a Saturday, to install our water heater. Simply put, Robert is a professional. He ensured all our questions were answered before considering his job complete.

Mr Rooter cleaned out my sewer pipes after a back up on Christmas Eve! 95 bucks out the door. They took time to give advice for me in the future and answered all questions.
