Dustin Perren was great at providing information on the issue, the plan to fix it, pricing, etc. He even suggested some other recommended items that I could fix at a later date and time, if I want to, but was not pushy about it at all. Our garbage disposal conked out on us and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. The servicemen were professional and got our new disposal installed. They even accommodated us when we requested an upgrade from a 1/2 HP to a 3/4. They quickly traveled back to the warehouse to pick one up.

These guys are AWESOME!! They work me and my customer in in the same day. They diagnosed the issue and explained to the customer how to manually operate the pump until the panel arrived. Their communication is great. The technician, CJ, called me (I was not on site), to explain what the issue was. The communication between the owner, dispatcher, and technician was second to none. I called Mr. Rooter after a plumber from Superior Services was unable to diagnose or correct a badly clogged drain after 2 separate visits. The rep from Mr. Rooter was friendly, professional, conscientious, and informative. He quickly diagnosed the likely issue, solved it, and cleaned up all within a couple of hours.

I contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing this morning for a clogged bathtub drain, and by 10am they were on their way. CJ and Jacob couldn't have been more professional or friendly! They were able to take care of the tub drain, and also identified a leak under the sink in our master bath. They fixed both issues, and left both areas clean. I have put off getting the tub fixed for 2 years fearing price gouging, however I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the feasible cost.
