Daniel is simply the very best of the best! Polite, Professional and detailed oriented. He was uniformed and well groomed just as your web page indicates. It was a pleasure welcoming Daniel into my home. I will definitely call and ask for Daniel for my next job which by the way he spotted and recommended a fix soon. The receptionist/dispatcher was also very professional and reassuring when I called.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain in Benicia, CA and called Mr. Rooter for help. They helped me open up the temporary relief drain and came to clear the drain the next day. They arrived early and were courteous, prompt, and professional. I will use them again.
Eduardo was fantastic! We had an emergency situation with sewage backing up and he arrived outside of standard business hours and resolved the issue. Mr. Rooter was the only plumber out of six that we called willing to arrive outside of business hours even though they all advertised 24 x 7 services. He also didn’t try to upsell, fees were as originally discussed. Highly recommend!

If you need a plumber in the middle of the night these guys will actually answer your phone call unlike other plumbers who claim to be available for emergency help 24/7.
