I just had a pipe burst in my basement and thanks to the very helpful and friendly service from the receptionist to my service tech. Brian the issue was taken care of within an hour. I am so happy and thankfully they were able to help us so quickly.

I was so grateful today for the services of Mr Rooter! Upon waking, I had the dreaded experience of stepping on wet carpet… And then wondering how and why. Because of my membership arrangement I was bumped to nearly the very first service call and had help within a few hours. Brian did an amazing job of assessing the situation and letting me know what was to be done to fix it. I was able to make the decision with time and cost expectations provided and was prepared for it to take longer than it did! Thankfully some shortcuts were found, but I felt honored by his transparent disclosures to me. Wonderful experience today, Mr Rooter is absolutely one of the most caring service teams you will find!

Nick came out for our emergency. We had water everywhere and he fixed us up good. Came out after hours and had a very positive attitude and he takes pride in his work.
