We needed a toilet flange replaced and we called Mr Rooter/Aire Serv. They have been maintaining our HVAC system and this is the first call for a plumber. They sent Mike K out the same day. So far the best plumbing experience I've ever had as a home owner. Mike came out last week and gave his assessment on how much it would be and how long it would take to completely replace the piping in the entire house. When he told me the fair price and the time of a day and a half of working, I was blown away. Then Mike had another excellent worker with him, Alex. These two were able to accommodate for my sleep schedule, I'm a night shift worker, to enable me to get to sleep at a reasonable time. After it was all said and done, their work with the replacement piping looked fantastic! It was the cleanest looking layout I have seen. I appreciate the time and care Mike and Alex took to take care of the wife and I.

I had such a great experience from their customer service, to their next day service, to the issue being resolved. Their plumber was polite, knowledgeable, and kind. He was very thorough and got the job done. I would absolutely use them again.

Service tech Andy provided us with excellent service today. He was quick and efficient and we also appreciated the knowledge he shared with cleaning and maintaining our drain and pipes!

I had a drain that had completely detached due to erosion and a second that was on its way. Mr. Rooter has someone there in an hour, guy made a quick trip to get the necessary parts (had what was needed for the completely eroded drain that I'd reported, but not for the second drain we decided to add onto the job). Had me back up and running in an hour or two. Pleasant, professional. Will definitely be using them again! (First two photos are finished work. Last two are the damage beforehand).

Joe was very professional and knowledgeable about finding and fixing my water leak In the wall which spread onto my floor.. he was there pretty quickly as this was an emergency call. Will definitely use him again if I need a plumbing issue fixed.
