Mr. Rooter sent a fantastic repair person, Felix, to help me with what I thought was a very minor repair. Turns out it was potentially more costly than expected. Many places would have just said “so sorry but this is going to cost you” but Felix really thought about the problem and realized that the obvious solution wasn’t necessarily the right solution. Our repair was completed same day and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommended!

Service was prompt within 2 hours. Plumbing required was done professionally and quickly. The plumber Felix has been here before and we trust his work and request him for our needs as they arise. He is excellent and a total professional.

Ben from Mr. Rooter came out on New Year’s Day and saved the day for us at our mobile home park. He was very knowledgeable and had wonderful customer service and worked tirelessly to make sure he fixed our sewage issue we had effecting multiple homes in the park. Great job Ben and very much appreciated!!!!

Had a really unfortunate problem with the sewer main backing up and Mr. Rooter was able to get someone out the same day during the holidays with a very reasonable service charge and had the problem completely resolved by the end of day! I will look to them again for future plumbing needs!

The technician was professional from start to finish. He explained to me in detail the process of installation, that the installation would be done in a timely manner. He went over the quote of the product and assisted me in getting qualified for financing.

I love when they say 8am and he was knocking at my door at 8am. He was so knowledgeable and was welling to answer any of my concerns. Very professional told me what was needed to be done before going on to the next step. Set my appointment on monday around 2pm and in two days was out came in did the job and did it well.
