Alex was very punctual and cleaned out a neighborhood drainage pipe for us. He came within hours of calling and spent a few hours working to get all the sludge and branches cleaned out. He was awesome and courteous and hard working.

I had a toilet blocked on Sunday and called Mr Rooter Immediately I was impressed by the person answering the phone and her professionalism. Luke arrived shortly after and after being a bit surprised how young he seemed I soon realized he was very knowledgeable. The problem turned out to be a lot worse than he thought and he explained everything and let me see the main problem. He was there a long time and finally had everything fixed. To say he was amazing and so polite and professional. I would highly recommend this technician and this company.

I had my living room flood today from the dishwasher backing up through the sink. It wasn’t very good so I had to call the plumber. Alex showed up and he did a great job fix the plumbing problem. Fix some other odds and ends and sold me a killer soft water system for the house. I really appreciate the excellent work. Thanks so much.

Mr Rooter sent Luke Vickers one of the service technicians to my house for a clogged kitchen sink drain. Such a wonderful young man with a great attitude and work ethics. He worked his tail off and I actually wanted to give up and have a camera put down the pipe but he refused to give up and bingo he finally got the pipe clear. I would highly recommend this company and Luke. And this all took place on a Saturday evening. Hope this helps in your decision on a plumber!!
