Mr. Rooter technician, Kavan, arrived on schedule, along with a trainee. Both were very pleasant, professional, and explained the problems to me as they were discovered. They were able to do a large part of the work in one day, but found an additional problem so Kavan set up a day next week to complete the work. Kavan was very clear about the charges before beginning each stage of the repairs. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter, and hopefully get Kavan, if another problem arises in the future.

Gerry was professional and did a fantastic job. Would recommend to anyone.

Kavan was fantastic. Promptly replaced a leaking toilet and fixed a second toilet with a simple fix. I highly recommend this company, and especially Kavan for anyone who might have difficulty with workers coming into their home. As a survivor of a neurologic injury it can be difficult to have people work in my home- he made it accessible to me. Very grateful.

Got here earlier than scheduled. Had all the equipment needed. Quickly resolved problem and got a camera here to show actual issue. Very professional.

Our water heater went out on Christmas Eve at 9pm. They were The only company that could come out Christmas morning, and installed a new water heater the next day. Amazing service.

Carl and Alex came out to assess the emergency issue and fixed it immediately. They were even earlier than the scheduled appointment time. The plumbing issue that arose wasn’t completely fixed, however they both explained to me how to go about the long term fixes and what to expect with the short term fix they were able to help me with. Really positive experience overall!

Gerry Suarez was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He unclogged our kitchen sink in a jiffy.

Gerry Suarez came to my house on Saturday of the T’giving weekend to diagnose my problem and give me an estimate on the cost. On Monday, a plumber from Mr. Rooter came with a hose to bring water into my house until the pipes could be replaced. The work was done in a timely manner. It was also done neatly and with consideration for the plants in the yard.

Mr. Router services were out standing from our first phone call to Liz and then Gerry who came out to the house. If we ever need this type of service again we will call Mr. Router!!!!!

The technician, Miguel Rodriguez, was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, organized, and detail oriented. The technician also discussed all options possible from adding parts to existing water heater and buying a new water heater since mine was a 2008. Miguel encouraged me to read over all variables with cost so to make an informed decision without pressuring me in any direction. The technician was on time, mindful of neighbors, and cleaned the work area before departure. Miguel also showed me the work done while explaining each aspect/part implemented for the job, and did not leave the job until he confirmed that I had hot water expelled from each faucet including shower. The company was very helpful as well by getting someone out to me the same day, and back to do the job two days later working around my schedule. The pricing is within range of other contractors, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience start to finish as well as the finished project including it being esthetically pleasing. Much gratitude to all.

David M. is always amazing. He helped me two years ago when I had a back-up in my laundry room. This year he helped me when I had a leak (which turned out to be from irrigation system). We talked about replacing the main water line (which was in desperate need of being replaced) and getting two new toilets. Not only is the work done amazing, David is so personable and friendly. I really feel connected with him and safe. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
