Our toilet failed at two in the morning, and we called Mr Rooter first thing. Mack came out, scoped out the situation, and did a thorough job of setting things right. Very clear and professional. We hadn't used Mr Rooter before, but would again.

After my water heater started leaking in the middle of the night, I called Mr. Rooter and they were extremely responsive. Mack came out that morning and was very professional and thorough. He took the time to tell me what was going on all the way through and spent extra time to insure I had hot water that evening. He also fixed previous mistakes made by another company.

Perfect job . Needed to scope out a storm drain that was 160 ft long. Perfectly done. We located the end of the line and verified it was secure.

I thought the service was excellent. Sage Was very nice and very helpful and answered my questions to the best of his ability. He told us what happened with the drain in the bathtub and he fixed a leaking pipe in the kitchen sink. I would recommend Sage 100%

Mr Rooter has become my go to plumbing company. Always professional, friendly, fair priced, and most of all, they get the job done. Recently my 92 y/o mother had a plumbing issue and couldn’t say enough good things about the plumber who came out. Two days later I needed a plumber and when Josh showed up, I knew immediately, with his positive attitude and smile, he had to be the guy who helped my mom. Turned out, he was! I can’t say enough good things about my ongoing experiences with this business and I hope Josh will return the next time I need something done. Thank You!

Oscar was professional, neat and very helpful in explaining the grease clog we had in our kitchen drain. He carefully rooted it multiple times to make sure it was clear and advised us in how to use enzymes to prevent the clog from reforming. Great service.
