Called several so called 24/7 emergency plumbing companies but only Mr Rooter actually was available. Kevin Gray arrived within 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon to take care of my mom’s clogged drain which went from the upstairs shower to the downstairs kitchen sink. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and thorough as well as very nice. Took care of the problem and off he went. Would highly recommend

The technician, who came inspected and looked over the situation and called for the pump truck. Unfortunately the truck is not in service right now and doesn't have a date or time when it is fixed. Therefore, my septic problem is still not fixed. He did all he could, was courteous, and thorough. If I still have a problem next week or later I will be sure to call Me Router.

Brandon M. came to our house on a Sunday to help remove an unexpected clog from our pipes. He was professional, efficient and extremely friendly! If we ever need to call Mr. Rooter again we would definitely request him to come.
