After our son flushed a piece of plastic down our toilet, we were without our only toilet. They came out on a Sunday and fixed the problem within two hours of calling. You never want to use an emergency service but thank god it was available!

Quick response on a Sunday afternoon. Great communication! After he let us know he was on the way, he arrived promptly and explained the issue and how he planned to address it. He was clear with the cost from the diagnosis before any work was done. It was fixed within an hour!

In a bad place, newborn just arrived home, family piling in and toilets, sinks etc start backing up. I called Mr Rooter Plumbing of Rochester. Ray Robinson was at the door within 60 minutes, listened intently, checked all sink’s& toilets then clearly explained the best course f action. Extremely polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Fixed the problem, calmed everyone down and left his work area spotless I highly recommend anyone in a situation like that to call them

We called Mr. Rooter at 10:30 at night because of flooding in the basement and they were able to fix what we had been trying to fix all day in less than 2 hours.
