I have been dissatisfied with my previous plumbing company for quite some time but dreaded trying to find another one. I have to admit, the recent Mr. (& Mrs.) Rooter commercial caught my attention. I thought, what the heck, this is just as good of a reason to choose them as for any of the many companies for which I have heard negative comments. BTW, the reviews for Mr. Rooter were very positive. When I called to make an appointment, the office staff were extremely nice, very professional, and accommodating in getting me a timely appointment. Today, Hunter came to my home — he was knowledgeable, relatable, and really seemed glad to be providing the service. He also kept me totally informed about the charges as we went through my home’s plumbing issues. I am thrilled to get established with a plumbing company for which I feel confident in calling for any future plumbing needs. Give them a try! 11/2024

After dealing with a clogged kitchen drain for over 6 months and calling other places either to be put off or no call back I called these guys. Within an hour Shawn arrived. He unclogged the drained and I am a happy customer. Very professional. Thank you.

Shawn Smith was super nice and very efficient. He was able to help with my immediate problem with a clogged drain and also found larger issues with our pipes we weren’t aware of before they became a bigger problem. Mr Rooters techs are always on time and so nice, highly recommended!

We had problems with plumbing (septic tank) and called on a Tuesday morning. Very nice lady answered and Shawn Smith was out that afternoon. Nice guy, answered all my questions, explained everything well, got me a quote. Next day Shawn and another gentlemen came out, pumped my tank, installed risers, answered more questions, then recovered and spread straw and grass seed!. Even took a quick look at my father-in-laws tank next door. Guys did an excellent job and we are very happy with our service from Mr. Rooter. We have them on our short list of trusted people to call if we have a problem!

The technician did an outstanding job. He was very efficient and thorough. I would definitely recommend using them again.
