They came on time and he was friendly
Took his time. Had to run and get parts. Very patient
Mr. Rooter plumbing inspected 4 issues at my house today. The estimate is reasonable and includes opening up the ceiling below a bathroom to repair a leak. And, they will be back to do repairs Monday. Today Jan 14, Treavor Smith replaced water valves to 2 sinks and 1 toilets, and replaced the tower in one toilet. I really appreciate the quick appointment and professional service!!!

When you’re unsure of your plumbing issues , don’t hesitate to call Mr. Rooter. Professional from start to finish. A technician was at my house within 45 min of the call! Not just any technician! I got Erick! He came with all the equipment needed for the job and his expertise along with it. Erick explained my issue and supported it with video and explanations I understood. Mr Rooter fixed an issue I had been having for years with a kitchen sink. It cost a bit more money but was worth it! Patrick W did the work. He was on time, very knowledgeable and did a very good job! I would recommend Patrick and Mr.Rooter’s service for any plumbing issue!
