On a Sunday, emergency repair. They kept us updated on when they would be available. The technician was friendly, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the leak very quickly. I would use them again for any plumbing need.

Excellent! Called during an emergency situation on Christmas Eve. Jeremy was able to quickly assess the problem, turning off the water supply, replacing a CPVC pipe that burst, with PEX piping, putting us in contact with a water damage company the same day who came out to dry out the affected areas. 3 days later, our water heater unexpectedly failed. We were offered fair pricing, getting that replaced at a moment's notice right on the spot when Jeremy came on request to check on the prior job done. Quality work. Knowledgeable professionals. Will use again. Highly recommend!

It's never a good time to call Mr Rooter but I was lucky enough to have a great technician, Phil, come out to the home this morning to help resolve an issue. Phil is a great employee and Mr Rooter is lucky to have him on staff. He was quick to arrive on a last minute/emergency call. Phil was knowledgeable and presented the options in a clear and concise manner and walked me through the process when I had questions.
