I called in the afternoon, they came out to assess the situation at 6:30 pm. Had to order parts so next day was a wash. This morning they were here when they said they would. Clay and Tony were very professional install took about three hours. Now we're up to code ! Very pleased with the whole experience! Would definitely recommend Mr Reuter/ Hobbs plumbing.

I have used Roto-Rooter in Panama City before. I called them because they were prompt and did what they said they were going to do at a fair price. And today went the same way. The technician knew what he was doing and fix the problem straight away. He did Have an equipment issue, but contacted the office and was brought a replacement piece of equipment as quickly as could be expected. I would definitely call Roto router again.

Billy Bauer was the technician who installed a new toilet. The job was originally supposed to be a repair on an existing toilet, but when I surprised him with a new toilet install instead of the previously scheduled service, he completed the work with a great attitude and total professionalism. Billy provided great customer service, expertise, and value for the cost. Will definitely call Mr. Rooter in the future for any plumbing issues.

Excellent customer service from office staff to techs! My 2nd time using them in the past 4 years. They actually show up on time when scheduled, very responsive and did what they said they would do which is hard to find these days. Clay was my tech today. He kept me informed along the way. We live in a condo and late Saturday night are sink mysteriously started backing up! Called another plumber who wanted $600 just to come out because it was the weekend. Mr rooter does not charge a weekend up fee and came out almost immediately. Solomon was fantastic! He worked on the issue and didn't leave until after 10p. Most grateful for their service.
