Alfredo Macias helped us out when we were really in a pinch. He was prompt, efficient, friendly, and he even made me smile and laugh as I battled a sewage explosion in my kids bathroom. I hope my kids figure out how to stop blocking the main line, but if they don’t, I’ll be glad to have Alfredo back!

Plumbing emergency in my very old house. Mr De la Torres came quickly and fixed the problem. Now I don't have 100+ year old pipes that can and did fail in the bathroom. I'm grateful!

Mr. Rooter does great work. Today, Alex reminded me of why I've been working with Mr. Rooter/Oakland-Berkeley for years. On time, efficient work, known budget, super pleasant to work with, what's not to love? There was even a little above and beyond today. Plus, on this project, I'd made a rather stupid assumption, and he managed to correct it without embarrassment. Oh, and they're really skilled at plumbing too! ;^) I can recommend.

I contacted Mr. Rooter for help with a leak. They answered the phone immediately and scheduled a plumber for the following day. Carlos S. arrived within the firsts 30 minutes of the 2 hour window. He was extremely polite and professional. The leak was identified and fixed within an hour. It was a 5 star experience all around. Mr. Rooter will always be my first call for all my plumbing needs from now on.

What a pleasant experience. After the drama of having my sewer line back up, I contacted several plumbers. The interaction I had with Mr. Rooter (Oakland-Berkeley) from beginning (admin/scheduling) to issue resolution was exemplary. Uriel showed up during agreed time-slot, was courteous and professional. We just called Mr. Rooter Plumbing to help with a drain clogged by roots in our atrium. We had tried someone else first - and before I started ripping out the atrium I wanted a second opinion. Alan and Jimmy of Mr. Rooter Plumbing came over and were able to clear the drain! It was such a relief with all the rains coming. They were nice, effective, clean and really professional. I am just thrilled that they could help us! Would definitely recommend!! Attaching a photo of the 15 ft+ long root mass they retrieved from the drain!!

I’ve used Mr. Rooter a number of times over the years and generally have a good experience with them. I recently needed to have a garbage disposal replaced for a property I manage. Carlos came to provide an estimate and later came to do the actual work. He was on time, efficient, and wonderful to work with. I would happily work with him again.
Mr. Rooter has been my go to plumbing company for a few years now. And today I had the pleasure of meeting Alex Ferguson as my service professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and seamlessly fixed both of my garbage disposal issues, one needing to be replaced and the other a simple reset. We also ended up swapping out our old faucet which had seen better days. Thank you so much for your knowledgeable and kind service today!
Alfredo Macielas did an excellent job of repairing a 100 year old fixture replacement. Very much of a relief to have this problematic fix done so professionally and cordially. I have already recommended him to my son.

I had a plugged drain in my basement and Pablo took care of it. He showed me the camera footage after he cleared it. He did it fairly quickly. I’ve used them in the past. They’re a very effective and efficient company. I would recommend them to anyone for all their plumbing needs. 👍🏻
