Responsive, through, reasonable and friendly

I recently had a 75-gallon gas water heater installed by Rich, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his work. He was professional, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was done efficiently, and the water heater has been working perfectly so far. I highly recommend Rich for any plumbing needs!

Excellent service! Jerson Lopez provided me an estimate on Friday afternoon and was able to return the following day to completed the install. He was very detailed! There was a small issue and he was determined to get it solved before the day was over!

When my family’s hot water heater suddenly STOPPED working I knew it was not going to be A cheap or painless job, I k ew A headache was coming. We called Mr. Rooter of northern Virgina and they sent out Willie Lopez with another plumber. Both were friendly and listened to my concerns and worked with us to get the job done fast and as painless as they could. It was even cheaper than some of the other big names we called! I will definitely call them again for plumbing problems. And I highly recommend Willie and Mr rooter plumbing to anyone with plumbing problems! Oh…. Service was great. Very quick to respond, came out a few hours after I called. The plumber, Willie, was knowledgeable, easy to understand, and easily helped with our issue.
