We called for an urgent service when a valve on our main water line failed and we got an appointment first thing in the morning. Our service technician, Jamie did excellent work, had great communication, and showed us how to maintain our water heater. Would definitely recommend.

Very expensive! Hasn't provided the requested docs, photos, and videos of service to my insurance company (its been over 2mos). Doesn't return calls/messages. But they do bug you about payment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Mr. Rooter. I wished I got other estimates from other companies. They will rip you off and ignore your calls. Charged me $16k.

I would and will recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to anyone who is in need of their service. Which is OUTSTANDING! Richard Blakeman, service professional, is exceptional in his ability to explain all the different options and best solutions for repairs while being so patient, even when speaking to a layman like me. I am now a100% loyal customer to Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Douglas and part of his crew came after hours and didn’t require crazy after hours rates. Water flooded our bathrooms etc. He thought our problems were fixed but he had a feeling something else was wrong. The main problem was discovered in the backyard. He had a crew out here the next morning. He was constantly in touch with me to make sure we were happy and understood the process. Washer was acting up… Called him 9:00 the day after Christmas and he answered right away. He gave me a couple of ideas of what was going on. Sure enough problem was solved. Not someone you want to run into but if you’re having a problem definitely reach out to locally owned company with awesome employees

I appreciate the effort you gave my to make sure that I won't have any more problems with my sewer and still ended up saving me a lot of money by putting it liner into the part that goes under the street. The other guys wanted to dig up the street which would have cost me 10 times more. If not for you that's what I would have ended up paying. You replaced everything that needed replacing where they didn't have to diging up the street and saving me a bundle and still doing a good jod.

Absolutely recommend these guys. Have our main sewer line crumble and had to get it replaced. Definitely hurt the wallet (as a job like this would) but Tucker and Colin got the job done and done fast and amazing! They were informative and great communication on the whole project and took care of everything. Thankful to be able to use water again.

I called Mr. Rooter and they had someone come out 2 hours later - same day. Kody was nice and got the job done quickly!

The Tech did a great job getting my clogged sink back in order.

Response was on the same day, and work was accomplished in a very professional manner with all old parts and shipping containers removed.

The young men Cole and Tucker were very friendly and professional.

The main line suddenly backed up, perhaps too much holiday cooking and grease going down the drain. Tayvon (sorry if misspelled) showed up with a smile on his face and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Enjoyed our conversation and his professionalism, I’m a very, very happy customer!
