An outstanding experience with great customer service both at the office level and with follow up communication on the arrival time of the technician. The technician, Jason, was also outstanding! He demonstrated great knowledge, was very efficient, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and communication, along with solving the drainage problem. Hard major drain pipes issues in basement they were original. Not a good seen, pipe safety insurance does not cover. Mr. Rooter Rooter came nit once but 2 times. Helped with clogged pipe and then gave me an estimate on replacing the pipes. Was told from various plumbers it was a big job and the cost $$ would be high! Johnny Teichmann you rock thank u again. Highly recommended

Scheduling the appointment was easy; great flexibility with establishing the time that worked for me. The Technician was prompt, polite and very professional. Fixed the problem and was finished in less than an hour. Great job!

Great experience!!! Here the 1st day for almost 7 hours, couldn’t fix it so they didn’t charge me!!! Second time (jet service) they fixed it in a timely manner and gave me great info regarding the pipe safe program! Thanks again Me. Rooter!!💪😎👍

My second time using Mr. Rooter and even better experience than the first. Lou came and presented himself in an extremely professional manner, was clear about the work he would be doing, and kept me in the loop the entire time.
