Scott went over and above for us today. He came by for an issue with my bathtub the other day, found where the issue was and ordered the parts in. When he came back to fit the replacement parts he said he'd been thinking more about the issue and had an idea that would save me money. 10 mins later he asked me to come check the work and he'd managed to fix my problem with no new parts needed. Everything is running great and no leaks. Many tradesmen would have just gone ahead and fitted the new parts anyway for the extra labor $$$ but not Scott, my bill was less than half of what I was expecting. Would give 6 stars if I could.

These guys did an excellent job! Our water heater went out and they came out within 2 hours to assess and put us first on their priority list to install the very next morning! Staff was very friendly! Trip and his help got the job done!

I couldn’t believe Mr. Rooter gave us a same-day appointment! Josh arrived when he said he would and even called to advise us that he was on his way. He was professional but very kind, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it to me thoroughly, answering my many questions with great patience. He actually had all the parts on his truck to rebuild our toilet, and he did so quickly and efficiently. Josh even cleaned up after himself. Best plumbers ever!
