Your team lined our sewer system. Unfortunately we had several places that had to be dug up and replaced. The work was as non-invasive as possible. The work area was kept clean and everything appears to be working as expected.

My experience with the company was wonderful. Jim went out of his way to be sure we had a complete proposal and picture backup to handle a drainage issue that unexpectedly developed.

Just had to call to have our office bathroom sink snaked due to slow drainage, and Mr. Kenny Allen came promptly before our cut off window and was done in 30 minutes! In addition, he cleaned our bathroom floor! What phenomenal service!

I originally called Mr. Rooter to repair a leaky shower valve. They had an appointment available that was prompt and convenient for me. The gentlemen who came to my house, Kenny and Kyle, were professional and courteous and they rapidly repaired my shower. A couple days later, I noted the shower was still leaking. So I called them back. Kenny and Kyle came to my house again and demonstrated where the problem was and didn't charge for the follow up visit. I can't give a higher recommendation to Mr. Rooter, this team hit a home run for us! Thank you!

Kenny, the tech was friendly and eager to do his work. Sarah and Le'ah from the office was so super nice. They were very communicative. Calling to confirm appointments and calling when the tech was on the way. I had to cancel an appointment and they were so gracious and helpful by rescheduling it. I felt bad for having to cancel but they reassured me that it was fine and promptly got me back on the schedule the following day. All of the people I dealt with acted as if they were the ones in my postion. Thats not just customer service, that's customer care!
