The fast and friendly service from Mr Rooter was phenomenal. Technician Terry was extremely thorough and explained everything to me that he was doing. He was proactive on researching the possible problems and explained how I could do things differently to help out my plumbing. I watched the camera going through the lines and he explained what was going on. I’d never seen anything like that before…really eye opening. We don't often need a plumber, but when we do, Mr. Rooter is at the top of our list. Riko was very helpful and professional while performing the tasks of cleaning out our bathtub drain and checking the main sewer line, with a camera, for any problems regarding past recommendations. There were concerns, a few days later and Mr. Rooter set us up for a check. Scotty was very knowledgeable and diligent about fixing the issue that we were concerned about. Great Job, Mr. Rooter!

After calling Mr. Rooter and scheduling emergency plumbing services, Brian was out in no time to extremely professionally and knowledgeably repair the damage. In addition he was kind, courteous, witty and extremely patient with the owner of the property who was very nervous about the procedure.
