Professional nice experience

I had a great experience using Mr Rooter. I hired them to repair my sewer line. I thought they were going to have to dig up the line and replace it, and they told me that they could insert a lining into the pipe instead which was cheaper and simpler. This was still a complicated job because the house is old and the problem was neglected for a while, and they were conscientious and patient and took the time to do it right. They were also trustworthy and honest and I had no qualms about leaving them alone in the house when I had to go out for a while in the middle of the job. I highly recommend them for plumbing repairs!

Tech Cody located the bad cast iron sewer pipe with his camera. Then the real work begun.The pipe was located underneath the stairs in the basement .Cody could not stand up to use a regular jack hammer and had to be on his knees drilling and hammering the thick concrete. This would have killed your average man.Cody made the repair and finished the job the same day.Will definitely be callen Mr.Rooter again when I need a plumber.
