I had a huge water bill. I called Mr. Rooter and they came within a half hour. They founnd the problem fixed it in no time.
The Tech (Michael) arrived as scheduled. Michael was professional and courteous. He wasn't annoyed by my questions. He quoted repair and replace options, which was very helpful to me. Mr. Rooter has remained honest with fair pricing over the years, which is why I always choose them when a plumbing problem arises..

Had a great experience with Mr Rooter. I called and was able to get a an appointment for my leaking water filtration system quickly. The guy came out identified what was wrong and how to fix it and was done within a half an hour or 45 minutes..

Myron was very patient in troubleshooting my gas leak issue and committed to not only finding where the problem was but how to fix it. He also took the time to thoroughly explain the issue we were having with our fireplace pilot light issue. If his diligence and commitment is an indication of how Mr Rooter does business with its customers, we will definitely choose Mr. Rooter, if possible Myron, for any future plumbing or gas related issues.
