Matt T. Was exceptional. I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and where it should have been a simple fix, it was any time but. Matt took the time to fix so I wouldn’t have to purchase a new one. Cant recommend them enough!

I called Mr. Rooter, and they had a professional at my door within 2 hours. There were a few unexpected problems when fixing the issue, but Dallas was able to figure it out. More importantly Dallas took his time and did it right. Great service at a great value. I would highly recommend.

Dallas and Matthew were so professional and timely from the initial text that they were on their way to the moment they left our home. I discovered a last minute major plumbing issue right before my vacation. The Mr Rooter dispatch team sent me a technician in less than 1 hour. Ronnie showed up and in less than 20 minutes provided me a quote and scheduled the appointment for the following day. Ronnie worked very professionally and took care of the issue with minimum disruption to my day describing all the findings, and the steps. The issue was resolved in less than 24 hours since discovery. I absolutely recommend Ronnie and Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greenville.
