I received a mailer for Mr. Rooter a while ago, and was shopping around for plumbing service for an issue we'd been having on and off. Last night, that issue reached a critical mass, either because of the snow or just too much buildup over time. I called Mr. Rooter last night and they came out this morning to look, communicate the issue, fix the issue, and give estimates on what a long term fix will be, which I plan on pursuing at a later date. Although the price was a bit higher than I was expecting, I feel like it was well worth every penny for the great service we received, the solid communication we got, and the overall understanding of our circumstances. Thanks again for your help and I'll be in touch in the future.

Just about everything on this sink was wrong, and Jake fixed it right up replaced what needed to be replaced, turn upside down, upside right and stop one leak I didn't even know I had, and tightened up all the fixtures. So I would say he went above and beyond explained very well what he was doing step by step even though I was just anxious to get it done LOL 💯 Thank you Jake! I had a wonderful experience with Mr Rooter. Previously Ben Franklin Plumbing came out twice within a month to clear roots from a sewer line, and the fix didn't even last a few days either time. (They seemed focused on selling me a replacement line.) After the 2nd time I had Mr Rooter come out with a camera, which showed 2 obstructions still there. I viewed the camera results after Mr Rooter did the root cleaning, and it's a night and day difference. Im asking for a refund from Ben Franklin, and they agreed to give me a refund for both cleanings when I forward the camera evidence to them.

Very positive experience with Damon and his apprentices. Showed up on time as expected. Didn’t mind assessing my outdoor drain problem even in the daylight savings time darkness. Professional & courteous. Answered questions and did as I asked. Seemed motivated to solve the problem. Had to return on a different day to get it all done. The company called and texted me regularly to keep me informed about their timing and schedule. Stayed late to complete the task working outdoors. Damon knocked on the door at the end the day to review their progress and answer questions. Very well-spoken. Cleaned up their work site and left the area looking good. I am very happy with their service and would use them again without hesitation.

We had a pipe burst on a Saturday morning before having people over and were the most stressed. Jake from Mr. Rooter came out was quick, thorough, knowledgeable and so helpful in fixing the pipe and installing a new water heater. Could not recommend enough!
