Just about everything on this sink was wrong, and Jake fixed it right up replaced what needed to be replaced, turn upside down, upside right and stop one leak I didn't even know I had, and tightened up all the fixtures. So I would say he went above and beyond explained very well what he was doing step by step even though I was just anxious to get it done LOL 💯 Thank you Jake! I had a wonderful experience with Mr Rooter. Previously Ben Franklin Plumbing came out twice within a month to clear roots from a sewer line, and the fix didn't even last a few days either time. (They seemed focused on selling me a replacement line.) After the 2nd time I had Mr Rooter come out with a camera, which showed 2 obstructions still there. I viewed the camera results after Mr Rooter did the root cleaning, and it's a night and day difference. Im asking for a refund from Ben Franklin, and they agreed to give me a refund for both cleanings when I forward the camera evidence to them.

Very positive experience with Damon and his apprentices. Showed up on time as expected. Didn’t mind assessing my outdoor drain problem even in the daylight savings time darkness. Professional & courteous. Answered questions and did as I asked. Seemed motivated to solve the problem. Had to return on a different day to get it all done. The company called and texted me regularly to keep me informed about their timing and schedule. Stayed late to complete the task working outdoors. Damon knocked on the door at the end the day to review their progress and answer questions. Very well-spoken. Cleaned up their work site and left the area looking good. I am very happy with their service and would use them again without hesitation.

We had a pipe burst on a Saturday morning before having people over and were the most stressed. Jake from Mr. Rooter came out was quick, thorough, knowledgeable and so helpful in fixing the pipe and installing a new water heater. Could not recommend enough!

Had a great experience with Mr. Rooter and our technician, Mike. I made an appointment for the same day due to an emergency and they were out here within a couple hours. Mike was professional, efficient, and answered all of our questions about our issue plus other plumbing questions we had.

I would recommend these guys were knowledgeable and professional and stop until the child was complete and my problem was solved.

Jake, Michael and Justing were awesome. I had a leak and called the office and within 30 minutes they showed up and went to work. Very friendly and professional, I would not hesitate to have them do future work for me.

Jake and Damon did a great job! They were kind, considerate, and sensitive to the fact that this was a really bad situation in the middle of the weekend. Even though they had to come during their time off, they never made us feel like they weren’t happy to be there. They went above and beyond to help resolve our situation. I would definitely recommend them again!

Jake and Carlos were great! They were professional and did a wonderful job assessing and fixing our leak. When I reached out to Mr Rooter to see if some one could come, they had people available to come as soon as an hour. Fantastic! We will definitely use them again (hopefully it too soon)

David, Damon, and Shawn all did an outstanding job. all showed up right on time, assessed our drainage problem, camera'd and jetted the lines, and provided a permanent solution. then went above and beyond cleaning up after. great job guys and thank you for your professionalism.
