Great company did the job right at a good cost will use company again when needed

Mr. Rooter never disappoints us. We’ve used them multiple times and they’re always prompt and well competitive in pricing. In my recent experience, our 25 year old water heater finally gave out. I received quotes from 3 different companies and Mr. Rooter had them beat. I’m also an Advantage member which helped tremendously. We had the pleasure of working with Audie R. who is an energetic, funny, friendly and very honest technician. He completed our job in less than 3 hours alongside his partner. He cleaned the existing pan very nicely and installed our new unit in a nick of time. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Audie for their plumbing services. Thank you!

Great Service from Brandon today he explained everything well

Richard was super helpful and informed us of everything that was going on what to expect.

I was mostly impressed with Mike C, Josh and Chad who were getting parts to get our water back on. Pipes were frozen solid and Josh particularly tried to get a temporary fix in place over the weekend when all the plumbing stores were closed (because no one has an emergency need for them on a weekend). Josh and Chad spent hours in the below freezing temperatures all weekend to get our water restored. With all their diligence, the water meter was not giving us any water through all the frozen pipes. But both of these men were there with us during the whole ordeal. If they were able to get the right parts from the plumbing supply stores, they could have fixed our issues in one night. Thank you to both of you for trying your best but there were other powers involved that just wasn't making your jobs any easier.

Amazing company! My water heater went out during the blizzard/ winter advisory, they sent Matt out within the hour, he was super knowledgable, quick to figure out the issue, and repaired it on spot in under an hour. Very fair pricing, no fee for sending someone out, diagnostic and repair total cost was lowest by a few hundred from other companies I called.

The Tech, Brandon was very professional and showed me everything he thought would resolve the issue. As a bonus he gave me some free advice of tricks that would help us not have this problem again. He showed us he cares for his job and his customers. He treated us like family and cleaned up after the service. Definitely would recommend! When we need this service again we want Brandon to be the Tech.

Brandon from Mr. Rooter was great. Explained everything - why our drains clogged and how he was going to clean them out. As an added bonus he even explain how to continue to keep drains cleaner. He didn’t need to do that however shows he cares for the customers and loves his job. Very hard to find people that care what they do and care about there customers. Even cleaned up any mess like our house was his house. I would ask him back!

I always shy away from using the big names because I assumed there would be astronomical fees and I can do most things myself. Well-a full sewer line backup on Christmas Eve was different. The tech -Audie-was there in about an hour. He was clean, courteous, and was able to clear the main line with a root cutter and auger in short order. Christmas was considerably easier, and the price was right-$400 for an auger and a video of the main sewer line on Christmas Eve seemed pretty darn reasonable to me. Thank you Audie! What a great guy! I will def use Mr Rooter for my emergencies in the future.

I had a drain back up in my basement. Mr. Rooter was out within a couple of hours, with no extra OT fees for an evening call. Technician was courteous, kind, explained my options and answered my questions. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Backed up kitchen sink on a Sunday - I took apart the trap to see what the problem was, but it wasn’t there. Jason (Mr Rooter :) ) came out and determined the problem was deeper in the wall, cleaned it out fast, and problem solved! Jason was very professional and friendly - would highly recommend!
