Very prompt and professional!!!!

Came right out within 30 minutes on the coldest day of the year. Figured out the problem and then fixed it for a great price.

Had a sewer line clog that caused sewage backing up into our home. Findley answered my call and within an hour he had the clog removed. I was pleased with his professionalism, his expertise and his genuine caring manner. We suffered damage to our home and he helped guide us to which services contact to start to recover from his damage.

Our Main Line was backing up into the house on a Sunday. Tyler was here within 20 minutes of me calling. He got the line unclogged even though he couldn’t find access to the main line and all was great. The next day it did it again. I called them back, they said he couldn’t get there today that it would be Tuesday. I was understandably upset because it’s Christmas and we have company coming, no toilets, no tubs no water. I expressed that to the lady on the phone. When Tyler found out, he reached out and told me he’d be here by 1:30 on Monday. I called at noon on Monday. He was here at 1:15. This time he put a camera down the toilet line and found the cause of the issues. He Dug up the front yard after finally locating the pipe and removed all of the roots that were growing into the pipe. It’s a temporary fix until after Christmas when we will have him back to put a new section of pipe and a Clean Out on the Main line. He showed me through the camera the before and after. The only reason he didn’t do the Camera the day before was because my husband declined as he didn’t want to pay extra and hubby thought the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend Tyler and this company. Tyler went above and beyond to help us. Thank you again!

Lee Stritz and his assistant came to my home today for an emergency broken sewer line. Mr Rooter and Lee responded within 2 hours from my initial call! It was an amazing service. Lee Stritz and his assistant worked into the darkness of the night to finish a difficult job. I was extremely satisfied! Mr Rooter, you have a great associate in Lee. You should be very proud!

We had an after hours emergency arise and Parker was amazing! Not only was the issue professionally resolved but Parker's communication was superb!

Zac came into a situation that another plumber made a mess of and just left, after charging me $130, and took his time to find out the problem, come up with a solution, and fixed it. He made me feel comfortable and glad that I called Mr. Rooter, which I will again if needed. Very, very professional.

Excellent service

Mr Rooter sent a very pleasant man named Tyler. He was excellent and efficient. Tyler had to repair an item from another job that took the previous person over 2 hours to do. Tyler completed that same project with the same issues plus 3 other plumbing issues in less than an hour. Left my house spotless. I was dreading having this plumbing job done, put it off as long as I could, because of the time frame I thought it was going to take. Boy was I pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was done. I can not praise Tyler’s work ethics and professionalism enough. 🎉

Super great and professional job done by Lee steitz, he replaced 2 valves for my kitchen sink and restored hot water to the line as well.

This company is by far the most customer service oriented one I've had the pleasure of dealing with in decades.. Yes, DECADES! Zac came out after we had received several days of rain, drained a deep hole, got muddy as a happy puppy, fixed the problem and left with a smile. I doubt he'd have done better for his boss or his mother. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a quick to respond, reliable plumber.
