We have had a couple of plumbing issues the past several months the and both times had Mr. Rooter come out and fix them. They were able to get a technician out quickly who was able to quickly assess the issue explain what was wrong and how to fix it and fix it quickly for a fair price. Special shout out to the home office with excellent customer service and keeping us up to date on when we could expect the technician to arrive and to Jake who was our technician both times and did a fantastic job!

Came New Years Eve, professional & considerate of carpets & woodwork as had to work within house. Would definetly call them again although I hope we don’t have to!😊

Mr. Rooter is the best plumbing company in Fort Wayne. It's rare to call a business and have the owner answer the phone. Jake came out to install a beautiful sink and garbage disposal in my kitchen. I was unsure about the style and measurements, but after discussing my needs with him, he understood exactly what I wanted, and the result looks amazing!

Although my service request was outside of normal business hours, on Sunday, that warranted addtional costs, sometimes it is worth it. Case, our technician, arrived later than scheduled, but another customer's need required more time and he was nearby. Honestly, just having him arrive and complete the work within a short amount of time just before the holidays was well worth it. The guarantee and check back within the next few days was also reassuring. He provided additional information regarding other work we envisioned, so we are very satisfied.

Highly recommend Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs. We had an extensive repair and they provided the most reasonable rate to fix it and the work was done efficiently. I will be requesting Joe until he retires.

We had an issue with our water heater and the plumber was able to quickly diagnose and repair our issue. The plumber was courteous and the customer service staff was very professional and timely to schedule our repair.

Jake came out and fixed the train wreck of a kitchen plumbing. The original plumbing was all wrong, so not only did he get everything working correctly, he gave us tips and tricks on how to maintain them. He was super cool to talk to also. You’re in good hands with Jake.
