Good morning! So nice to have met Daniel earlier this morning. Very personable, with his bright smile, I was apprehensive about what had to be done but he placed me at ease from the inception. He explained his work and proceeded without any fanfare. The work is completed and I couldn’t be more pleased. The brand new valve that was replaced on Tuesday was no good. Daniel replaced same and all is well, no more leaks. I am so glad he was able to diagnose that before more extensive work was done. FIVE THUMBS up to him. He knows his job. GREAT work DANIEL!! Daniel did a great job today replacing my water heater

Daniel installed three new valves under my sink. One was already leaking. He transformed the area under my sink from "a leaky mess" into a very clean, uncluttered look. Besides having the necessary skills, Daniel was a respectful, young man. I am very pleased with the quality of work I received. Mr. Rooter can be confident when sending Daniel to a job!!
