We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Mr. Rooter. They were very thorough and they communicated everything to us in a way we could understand. We had other companies come out and look at our plumbing and it always felt rushed. Mr. Rooter took their time and offered multiple suggestions to move forward. It was refreshing to have a company look for solutions instead of just sales.

Very professional and easy to schedule the service. I was notified when the plumber was on the way. Ricky was very patient and explained everything he was doing and took many photos and video to use as reference for planning the next step.

This was the best experience I've had when needing to call a plumber. The initial scheduling was easy and fast.The technician was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Problem was fixed quickly and he was very personable. Plus the pricing was right on point! I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

I have been recommending Mr Rooter since they were the only one that knew how to fix our Zurn faucet.

I had Richie Lara from Mr. Rooter inspect my plumbing lines for potential clogs. While the inspection revealed no blockages, Mr. Lara provided thorough and valuable advice on how to improve future access to the line, suggesting the addition of clean-out junctions due to the line's considerable length. He also recommended bringing in a longer tool for more in-depth clog removal and offered to help locate city sewer line maps to better understand the layout of my plumbing. His expertise was evident as he pointed out potential future problem areas and proposed effective strategies to address them proactively. As there were no clogs to address in the first 100 feet, the cost of his service was much lower than anticipated. Overall, Mr. Lara's professionalism, knowledge, and helpful recommendations made for a highly positive experience. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing thorough and insightful plumbing service from Mr Rooter. -Kasey

Look at sewer system lines & vents to view any issues. I needed to understand the layout of a duplexes drainage system. They were very helpful. 👌👍

I had a plumbing emergency at 6:30 am, which could have flooded my house. I shut the water off which was not easy. The Mr. Rooter family franchise mobilized their top three plumbers, and they were here from 8 am until the repairs were complete. The price was fair and I was very impressed.

If you call anyone else, you're just taking chances. Call Mr. Rooter, the guys Richie Lara, Justin, Tanner and his Dad are pros guys. They are friendly, they do what they say they'll do. They stay in touch. Take your chances if you call anybody else. Superb when tradespeople become more and more rare. These are the guys to call. No question.

Quick and efficient work to replace our toilet's fill valve. Rich/Richie helped us out and he was up front and communicative, super helpful overall, also helped diagnose and fix a couple other small issues with our bathroom sink and bidet as well.

Richie was helpful and thorough. He arrived quickly for a gas stove issue at a reasonable rate.

I have only great things to say about the the team at Mr. Rooter in Fayetteville Arkansas! They are who I'll call for all my plumbing needs! They came as soon as we called and took care of our plumbing problem that day. With an older home it took several strategies to tackle our problem but they didn't add extra charges for the additional work. And, with it being an older home, they recommended some much needed upgrades to our plumbing system. They were accommodating in their scheduling of the upgrades and careful to keep my system up and running overnight till they finished the final stage of work early the following day. They stuck to the estimate and even charged us less once they determined a few of the repairs to be unnecessary. The office and field crew were all great to work with! The office line answered every time and they got me to me quickly with answers. The field crew (Tanner, Rich and Jarod) were generous in their explanations of the issues, how things worked, the repairs they made and maintenance tips. They documented their work with before and after video/pictures of our system. They were respectful, courteous, fun to be around and did a great cleanup job - very professional! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Fayetteville, they're really awesome!! Thanks to everyone at Mr. Rooter!!
