They Gary and his partner did a fantastic job. They were clean and professional. They pointed out a leaking pipe in the basement and showed me the cause of the clog in the sewer line (it was a vape) They removed it and were in and out in about a hour. I've already recommended this company to 4 of my clients.

The technician came out on a Sunday and solved my problem! He proceeded to show me what was wrong via camera. He was personable & friendly.

Outside faucet was failing and dripping water. Jim & John were professional, clean and efficient. Nicest guys and were very polite - I wish there were more people like them in the trade industry. They double checked everything was working and I was satisfied before we did any paperwork. When I see good people in their jobs - that usually means management is doing the right thing. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter - Jamie. He has done two homes (both very old, renovation/additions) for me which required - cut/cap, diagnostic, relining sewer line, adding new sections of sewer etc. He was able to get the town permit and work efficiently with the sewer department. Job explained clearly and time line met both times. Very happy with his service!

Great service, very responsive! My kitchen sink got clogged last night, I called Mr. Rooter and they sent Jamie first thing this morning. It's Thanksgiving today and we have a full house coming for dinner. Can't imagine cooking dinner without a sink! Jamie was great, figured out what needed to be done and fixed the problem in a very short time. Thank you Jamie and Mr. Rooter!!

I called Mr. Rooter to see if snaking my drain would alleviate the problem of white spots on our clothes. Fernando came out, was very polite and after taking a look at the drain, determined that would not take care of the problem. It was nice to have a company not try to sell you a service that you didn’t need after coming out to do a free estimate.
