The entire experience was incredible! Arie worked with me to schedule the service same day which was not expected. Johnny was actually early and did a fantastic job! We have had a terrible time trying to find a local plumber that would do the service. I will send your information to all of my friends and associates.

Mr. Rooter sent Billy Shepherd to address my plumbing issue in Jenkins CTY, GA. Mr. Shepherd was polite and thorough throughout this visit which wasn't brief.. Also, I felt there was no price gouging. For future plumbing issues, I'll again call Mr. Rooter and ask for Mr. Shepherd!

I must say that I lack the words for how impressed I am with the service I received. My technician, Lonnie Woods, went above and beyond to assure my wife and my satisfaction. Initially, I contacted Mr. Rooter to repair/replace a toilet we were having problems with. Lonnie did such a fine job that we went ahead and hired him to fix a sink for us. Also, I have to also say that they were very affordable. They even recognized my military service by giving a generous discount. MR ROOTER has my dedicated loyalty from now on.

I was very happy with the front line crew. My only gripe is that I paid $700 for leak detection and I’m a member and still was required to pay half on the job before the job began. My peers say I overpaid for the job. I went with you all because of your crew. They deserve a raise. This positive review is based on the crew that did the work. I did feel as though I could’ve gotten the job done cheaper.

They kept me updated on when tech would come and was very professional through out the whole process. Tech was very knowledgeable and kept me updated with any issues. Will definitely use again if needed.

We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing because of a backup. The receptionist was very courteous and Dylan(the plumber)came that same day. He was very professional, explained our options and gave us our quotes. He was able to come the next morning. Dylan and his helper explained again what they were going to do. They were excellent! Took care of the problem in no time at all. We will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to our family and friends.
