Follow up: encountered another slow drain issue, Don came out and provided unexpected and very appreciated explanations and we developed a plan for an upcoming renovation. I couldn’t be happier and can rest easier now.

Just had Mr. Rooter out on a Saturday morning to unclog my main plumbing drain in my home after it backed up into the laundry room the night before. Their technician Don was great, explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be before starting the job, showed me the issue on his camera (roots growing into the cast iron pipe outside) and took care of the problem in just over an hour or so. Don also recommended a maintenance product to help keep this from happening again. While it was a bit more costly than I had hoped it was much cheaper than the damages that would have occured if this had not been fixed immediately. I would recommend them and Don personally to anyone who has a similar issue.

Hot water heater went out right before Christmas Day. The next day the replaced the old and put the new in quick and easy. Since they were there they took care of a spigot issue. This is probably my 6th time using Mr. Rooter, I never call anyone else.

Kyal was here this morning to install a new water softener and an expansion tank. Great job. Kyal is very knowledgeable and friendly and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. This is the 3rd time Kyal has come to our rescue and we will continue to request him if possible. What I really like about Mr. Rooter is every time we have called them they have been here to address our problem in a very quick response time. That means a lot when something is broken down. Kyle came to fix my stop box problem one day after my phone call. He gave me an estimate and explained what needed to be done. He kept me informed and cleaned everything when he was done. It was an excellent job.
