The gentleman that were here to do the job were very nice and respectful.

This was a follow-up visit to an earlier larger project when Mr. Rooter replumbed the kitchen and replaced the stack into the basement in my 75-year old home. Jesse treated this smaller project and me with the same attention and respect that he did on the earlier larger job. I have used Mr. Rooter for something like 15 years and they do really good work every time. I wouldn't call anybody else! They are definitely five-star kind of people!

Cold weather froze pipes in my mobile home. My call to the office was great! Not a robot; but, a real person. She was helpful, took info, and told me someone would be here between 10:00am and 2:pm. The guy showed up on time; and, immediately started working. I has a few questions, he listened, and provided answers I actually understood! He accomplished the job less than 2 hrs. And, advised me of a leak, I authorized the fix, and it was done! I couldn't ask for better service, courtesy, and great tips for future cold weather! Thanks for getting some out so quickly. It was a perfect COLD day ending with my water running again!
