I’m the type of person that doesn’t just want things done right away, I want to know how they got the condition that needed a repair and how to prevent future failures. Jarret not only patient but is happy sharing all of his vast knowledge at no extra charge. It’s a pleasure to see someone work at a job they are passionate about.

They came within an hour after I called. Discussed options and best process of elimination to determine issue to eliminate possiable unnecessary jobs. Very polite and stayed on task. A few hours later problem fixed. Just FYI don't think septic had ever been pumped and the top of septic has collapsed in. I had just bought the house. Thank goodness problem solved.

We had an urgent plumbing issue right as we were moving out. Two men were there within the hour and were able to find the exact part we needed! They were nice, professional and quick! Not the cheapest visit from a repairman we’ve had but they do quality work and genuinely seem to care about helping.

Peyton and Randy were earlier than expected. Problem was bigger than expected too. They were kind, courteous, and had good candor. I always enjoy having a service team come to the house and I can cut up with them a bit. They worked hard, they worked fast, and the worked good. The repair was spot on quality wise considering the plumbing challenges of my older home. They even went so far as to try to get the pieces of grass back into place where they had to dig in my yard. There is no other other plumbing service in town as far as I am concerned. Mr. Rooter and this crew will always be my first call for any plumbing needs. They are quick to the job, do a quality job, and charge a very fair up front price for the work they do. Thank you.

They were great. I couldn't have asked for nicer people. They came out around 3 pm tracked down the water leak on our main line, stayed until the job was done which was around 9 pm. The leak was under our deck and they had to dig about 3 feet down in cold weather. They made sure we had working water before they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing was wonderful! The scheduler was very nice and accommodating. Matt was the plumber who came out. He was on time, knowledgeable and all around great! He knew right away what was wrong with my kitchen sink and gave me some good advice for the future regarding my water heater. I definitely recommend this company! They’ll be my go to from now on when it comes to plumbing issues!

We called them because of our sink pouring out on the floor EVERYTIME the water was turned on. They were out here quick with everything needed to repair the sink. Very reasonable price for everything. They got it back right within just a few minutes. The guys that did the work were all very friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again.
