John went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure to fix my issue’ Highly recommend

Mr Rooter sent out someone right away when we called them regarding a leak in our dining room ceiling. Our technician, John Schmidt, was courteous and helpful every step of the way. He helped connect us with a water restoration company who dried out our water damage and came back once the ceiling was opened up to help identify the cause of the leak. He gave us a very reasonable invoice and pictures for our insurance company. We would absolutely recommend John for plumbing diagnostics and support.

Excellent and fast service. Everyone was really friendly and professional. The plumber even wore booties through the house and wasn't skittish about our dogs.

We had 2 leaks in water line, below floor slab. They replaced the water lines in the ceiling and walls. Two plumbers worked hard for ten days, right before Christmas.

We had replaced 14 really crappy push on shutoff valves with higher quality crimp style valves and Mr.Rooter did a fantastic job. Clean, organized and resonably priced. And its also good to have a trustworthy plumber on board, for future projects. And Mr.Rooter will be my first call.

Mike performed the service quickly and described options available and what he was doing. Would recommend.

John came to install a new dishwasher for us. He ran into a challenge with fitting the unit into the existing space and had to remove some of the countertop support. But he stuck with it until he was successful. Thank you, John and Mr. Rooter!

Once again, Mr Rooter has done a great job. Hats off to John for always being on time, communicated before, during, and after the work completed. Most importantly, John has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Mr Rooter of Charlotte.

I’d been having trouble with my 13 yr old water heater for 3 weeks. My warranty company wasn’t getting the job done. I called Mr Rooter at 8am on a Friday and spoke to someone who said they could come out that day!! Hallelujah! Matthew explained my choices for a new water heater and Ryan was at my house Saturday to install the new heater. That’s great service.

We had our yearly plumbing inspection and descaling of our tankless gas hot water heater performed today. Troy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with discussing various aspects of our home. He went above and beyond to educate us on how our different systems work and how to properly maintenance and proactively care for them. My husband and I were very pleased with Troy’s level of service today and highly recommend him for any future work.

We were very pleased with Troy’s professionalism and knowledge. We were replacing a faucet for our kitchen. Troy did the installation and found several other problems to be addressed. There was never any pressure but willing to make his recommendations. He took very good care of us and would welcome him to our home in the future.
