Diagnosed the issue - waiting for another appointment to fix it. Great experience

We called around noon, had an appointment to have our drain cleaned that afternoon. The technician was Crystian who was extremely professional and completed the work in a timely manner through adverse weather conditions. It ended up requiring more work which was completed. the next working day, also in a timely manner.

Mr. Rooter came out to diagnose my plumbing system and the technician (Christyan F.) was very professional. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

I was backing up all over the house, which was a horrible experience.So I gave Mr. Rooter a call. They came out in a timely manner analyzed the problem, and had a dig team there the next day. Lawrence and Travis worked tirelessly through the day and solved all my problems. Thanks Mr. Rooter

I had a kitchen drain that was stopped up and just wouldn’t go down. I made a call to Mr. Rooter and shortly after a drain technician was at my door. Travis showed up and was very polite and professional. It took about 30 mins and I was back washing dishes and cooking. I would highly recommend them to any of my associates.

Had 2 different clogs in septic line got here pretty quick, would definitely recommend them to family an friends customer service was very helpful as well.

They are very good at their job

I would 100% recommend this company for your plumbing needs. It all started when my hot water heater took a turn for the worst and I was in a desperate situation. I called around and all the other companies I called were very busy and the time to wait just for someone to come check it I would have had to wait weeks. I called Mr. Rooter and they had someone out to take a look at it the next day. The quote they provided me was very reasonable and affordable. I had a new hot water heater installed within a few days after it quit working. I was very impressed with the how I was treated and the professionalism of the technician. It was a stressful situation with a house full of people and no hot water in the winter. A few months ago I had sewage backing up into the basement and I called Mr. Rooter again since the first experience was so pleasant. The drain technician came out and tried very hard to clear whatever was clogging the line. Then they sent the person with the camera to see what the issue was. They found roots in the pipe and also what looked to be a break in the line. They gave me a fair price to replace the part of the pipe that had the roots. They came back to run the camera down the rest of the pipe to make sure there were no other issues further down. Thank goodness they checked as there were more roots down the line that would have caused issues later on. It was money well spent as now I do not have to worry about any roots getting in the new pipes. I did not have an outside cleanout since this is an older house so they installed one of them as well which will be helpful in the future. If you are looking for a fair and honest company in my experience now (twice) call MR ROOTER.... You will not be disappointed. I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to everyone for helping out in both these stressful times you hope never happen but I was treated so well it did make the experience a little less stressful. They made sure to answer all my questions and helped calm me down when was a little over the top freaked out about having the sewer back up. The office staff that took my phone calls were so sweet and understanding. Camera and the guys who replaced the pipe were very nice and stopped to answer my questions and to reassure me that everything would be taken care of.

Fast and efficient service permanently fixed my issue. best service i ever had from the time i called in to the time of the finished job office staff was amazing and so was our technician very friendly and very helpful throughout the the entire process will definatly highly recommend them for all my further plumbing repair needs
