Brad was terrific. He called ahead to confirm appointment details and get more information about our water heaters. He arrived on time and promptly got to work. He was a real trooper too. It was snowing hard and so cold but he worked through it like it was a sunny spring day. We wouldn't hesitate to use Mr. Rooter again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

After hours of struggling with a clogged bath drain on my own, Mr. Rooter rolled up, fixed the clog in 15 minutes (it was 20 feet from the drain) and was out the door. Quick, friendly, efficient. Wish I had called them right away instead of driving all around town buying tools...
