My Husband, and I woke up on January 7, 2025 to a total Main Drain back up in our newly renovated home to the point that all water drains were totally blocked, and backing up into our Newly Renovated Home in Boca Raton, Florida!!! Our General contractor contacted Mr Rooter, and they were on site within ninety minutes!! Within minutes Mr. Brian Donahue, and Omar determined where the problem originated, and cleared out the main drain from the house to the main sewer line, and completed the repair to the main drain line which was broken by the installation of an AT&T Fiber line!!!! Brian, and Omar were Extremely Responsive, Polite, Professional, and Sensitive to the price of the repair which was EXTREMELY FAIR!!!!! We will call Mr. Rooter should we have any further requirements with regard to any, and all plumbing issues going forward !!!!!!!!

Landlords like to do everything possible themselves, but when it’s a job to tough in pluming I think Mr Rooter is professional and reasonably priced. They always send a seasoned professional that’s totally knowledgeable with zero nonsense! My service tech was Brian Donahue is typical of the top pros Mr. Rooter sends a pro who is fast,works clean and knows exactly how to do the work.They are reliable and reasonable!

I called for an appointment and a technician was at my home within a few hours. Ryan was kind and knowledgeable and succeeded in solving my plumbing issue. I’m very pleased with Mr. Rooter and would highly recommend them.

We had a plumbing problem on Saturday afternoon and called Mr Plumber. They said they would have someone here by 7pm and they did. He fixed our toilet and showed me leaking internal part that I asked him replace. The part was replaced and the toilet is as good as new. They were neat and clean and I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing problems that are needed.

Very accommodating professional company with wonderful customer relations. I bought 2 bathroom faucets from Amazon and hired Mr. Rooter to install them. There communication was outstanding and prices are reasonable. One of the faucets was defective and dripped. Mr. Rooter offered to install a new faucet at no charge, even though the defective faucet was not there fault. I would highly recommend this company.
