The gentleman who worked replacing a worn out faucet did a great job. He and his apprentice both wore covers on their shoes before entering my home. They bought a replacement faucet with my okay. They explained all that they did for me and told me the amount of money it would cost. They picked up after themselves and could not have been more polite in the process.

We had Chris from Mr Rooter come out last week due to an issue with our toilet. We have used Mr Rooter many, many times over the course of the years. They always do a great job and Chris was no exception. He found the problem which ended up being an installation problem from a fellow coworker that made a hose too short, which made the toilet run continuously. He fixed it and it’s been fine. He even put those booties over his shoes to protect my carpet. We always use Mr Rooter
