Kevin from Mr Rooter did a FANTASTIC job fixing my water flow drainage problem. He ran a few tests and iteratively diagnosed the problem. He ‘snaked out’ my outbound water flow pipe (around 80 feet) and was able to clear the water flow blockage. He was extremely diligent in performing the work until it was completed, especially since my drainage system is over 50 years old. Kevin is a great technician and a fantastic person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him !!!

My landlord recommended contacting Mr. Rooter for a plumbing issue with our kitchen sink. Seeing it was Sunday afternoon I didn't know if we could get someone in to take care of the situation. Fortunately we did. We had Wesley Cooper come out to service us. He was kind enough to give me a heads-up when he was on the way and was able to get things working. Though it was a bit more than I expected to pay, the fact that it was a Sunday night pretty much when the job was done offset the cost somewhat ☺️. Appreciated the service and definitely recommend them.

Kevin from Mr. Rooter was fantastic - he was able to fix our clogged bathroom sink in under 10 minutes. He was very kind and communicative through the whole process. Quick and easy - will use Mr. Rooter again. Especially Kevin!
