A4- Zach Samuel very professional gave a honest opinion and options to install piping under kitchen sink very knowledge about the paperwork warranties pricing etc.went above by checking loose screws for kitchen sink. Clean and professional clean up. Add a photo to let me know what what attendant would be showing up at my home also provided shoe covers. I would definitely use them again.

Mr. Rooter plumbing is a wonderful company. They are very professional and willing to work overtime to finish a major job - especially for a handicapped person such as myself. They installed a new water heater, a new sump pump with backup battery, new faucets in kitchen and bathroom, replaced leaking valves and water lines (one involved digging a 3ft. trench to reach it). All this was done in one day! I now have decent water pressure and would definitely use this company again.

Technician was competent and friendly. In and out in less than one hour.

I put in a request for clogging of my kitchen sink on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to get a very prompt reply and visit for a diagnostic. Zach was very friendly and professional and was actually able to take care of the problem. He then ran some additional tests and found a second issue that he also took care of. Zach also had a lot of helpful teaching points for what I can look for in the future. I really enjoyed working with him!

I usually don't make reviews but I the service I received from Rich was exceptional. Not only was he a really nice person to talk to, but he also was efficient and tidy. Our new pipes, water, and prv are doing great thanks to him!

Whole house re-pipe: replaced main stack and drains, replaced water lines, installed new lines, and installed a new water heater. Technicians were Rich and John. I had 3 estimates taken for this job and Rich was the only one that took an honest look around and told me what would need to happen. I trusted him right away, then their estimate came in a couple thousand under the other 2. It was an easy choice. These guys did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work they have done. They even took on a few other small jobs not in the estimate and didn't adjust the estimate.

These guys were amazing. They responded to a sewer emergency that we had on our Construction site. Quick response, professional services, and saved us from disaster. I would recommend their team to anyone.

Water Heater and PRV replacement: Rich (Tech) was very courteous, professional and efficient. He identified a couple of other issues or potential issues without any pressure to sell. He was spot on with the estimate for time and left the entire work area clean. I would definitely use them and recommend them if all Techs are as good as Rich.

The entire experience was GREAT....1st, I had zero plans for conversation regarding leaking shower faucet at rental. Our regular maintenance team was in Florida helping with hurricane damage, so I went searching for some help. Called Mr. Rooter, Kim informed me Rich was heading to location and getting me price in about 2 hours (that's crazy good) and no fee. After talking to total of 3 repair companies Mr. Rooter was 1/2 the price, so they got job(1 company charged me $99.00 for estimate and they wanted more than double). We set repair up 2 days later Rich sent me before and after pictures of work. Did not even need to personally inspect quality of work. Super job!!!! hats off to Mr. Rooter Plumbing Team and Rich.
