The customer service was top notch. Chris Frye and Aaron arrived and diagnosed the problem and quickly went to work. We ended up having several issues and Chris was so kind when delivering the unfortunate news. He explained everything well and was patient with the many questions we had. Aaron was also very kind and professional and worked diligently the whole time he was in our home. Great group of guys!

I think the person I spoke with was new and they misinformed me on pricing for septic service, but the guys that came out were up front before they started anything. After a few hours, they were unable to find my septic tank through probing and digging, so they provided a new estimate, but didn’t charge for digging since they didn’t find what they were looking for.

They came out, located my septic, dug out the lid, and pumped it all within an hour and a half of arriving. Couldn’t be more grateful to have working plumbing again. Both of the employees were professional and kind, and like I said, got the job done quick and well.

Brandon came out and helped us with a water heater problem. This guy had confidently told me what the problem was before even walking through the door. He was in and out in no time with the problem solved and no more smelly water.
Can't remember the name of the person who came, but our sewer was really backed up. He had it cleaned out and it was back in working order in about 30 minutes. He was very polite and professional. Have used Mr. Rooter for several different things over the years.
