Great company with great service.

Service was for a leaking garbage disposal. Not only did the technician fix it but also replaced a pipe fitting. They also noticed my leaky faucet and offered to sent replacement estimates. Both Christian and Emanuel were polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Chris and Hunter were very helpful and to the point.

Anthony and Brian were wonderful. They put my Water Heater in a timely manner. Very professional and efficient I appreciate all the hard work they did today.

Great job by Anthony and Daniel replacing our water heater. Installation was a challenge as the new heater is taller than the old one. They were super prompt and did a great job as they also had to make a couple of modifications to our water heater drain to bring it all up to code. Couldn't be more satisfied!

Anthony came out to replace our tankless water heater and did a most excellent job. He corrected situations to make everything in A-1 shape. Neat, efficient and highly skilled. I would definitely have Anthony from Mr. Rooter for any of my plumbing needs,, And on time !

Mr Rooter worked well for our clogged laundry drain. Customer service was very responsive. The team that did the work were very respectful, very professional. Chris communicated everything well, including the original quote, then all the possible diagnoses and potential remedies as they got into the work. In the end, the original quote was what it cost, drain is unclogged, and I'm wondering why someone dumped a bunch of paint down our drain before we moved in.
